What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your BlissLight or it was damaged upon receipt, we have a 30 day money back guarantee for products that are purchased online on our website. In other words, any time during the 30 days after the date the product left our facility and shipped to you, you can ship it back to us for a full refund. The product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it and shipped back to us in its original shipping material.

What are BlissLights™? How do BlissLights™ work?
BlissLights™ are simple to use lighting projectors that create an explosion of thousands of moving pin points of light which move on unique far reaching trajectories complete with an ever-transforming nebula cloud to tickle the imagination. BlissLights incorporate laser and optical elements to create a breathtaking lighting effect much like a universe of moving stars. BlissLights makes paintings out of light that must be experienced with your own eyes to appreciate the fine attention to detail in each work of art.

Do you have products that are not listed on your web site?

Can you add a (DMX system/motion sensor/etc.) to a BlissLight?
Yes, BlissLights can add other systems to our products. Given the size of your order, BlissLights can create a custom product for you. For details call #626-709-3319, Option 2.

Does your products come with other power options?
Right now, BlissLights only come with a 110V power option. Voltage transformers are commercially available elsewhere to run on different voltages, such as 220V.

Do BlissLights come in other projection colors?
Standard projection colors are either green or red. If you are looking for other colors, BlissLights can create a custom product for you. For details call #626-709-3319, Option 2.

What is your return policy?
