BlissLights offers a standard 12 Month Warranty on manufacturer defects that covers both parts and labor. The warranty does not cover product abuse or misuse. Please note that any removal or tampering with the "warranty void if removed" sticker voids the warranty on any unit.

If you need to obtain a RMA form to have your unit sent back to BlissLights for repair, please call (626)709-3319. Please have the serial number of your unit ready upon calling. A BlissLights employee will then walk you through the RMA process and answer any questions you may have.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping a unit back to BlissLights for repair.
