Answer

Yes, all products come with a standard 12 month warranty. All product warranties will be honored if the unit has not been neglagently used or abused (dropped or opened) and all warranty seals are intact.

If you have received a unit and it was damaged or arrived defective please contact BlissLights. All packages are insured upon shipping for the full value of the unit. Please keep the original packaging so that we may determine if the damage was due to shipping.

If you have a unit that needs repair you will need an RMA. Please contact us at warranty@blisslights.com or you can call (626) 709-3319 x105.
